Before the connection update the fund name was vang inst 500 idx tr without an associated symbol in the securities window because it doesn't have one. Fidelity also changed to only allow direct connect method for third party financial tools like quicken for updated security
The fidelity netbenifits account had no issues with these new security measures. Connection was dc using fidelity netbenefits Fidelity accounts are in “simple or complete” mode, meaning you can choose which tracking method you prefer

However, in some cases transactions are showing an “undefined” security name, even though the position displays the correct security. When employment stopped i left the 401k account at fidelity (no rollover from fidelity netbenefits). But for now it should be the same connection you previously had with fidelity netbenefits.
